Fluency Plus offers school districts consultation services designed to effectively implement the Reading to Read (RTR) intervention program. This research-based intervention is founded on decades of scientific studies utilizing repeated reading strategies. Further, RTR has been empirically validated as an effective strategy for improving oral reading fluency and literal reading comprehension skills with students at risk for reading failure. Services include training staff in RTR procedures, conducting curriculum-based assessments, and evaluating student progress and education outcomes. Most importantly, Fluency Plus provides weekly consultation and follow-up to ensure the highest level of treatment compliance and integrity possible.
